Most of the dishes you will find in the buffet are made directly by us. We prepare jams with fresh fruit we collect in the woods or buy from our little suppliers. We bake fragrant and inviting cakes every morning.
What’s more, we buy fresh milk and typical local cheeses from dairies. If you like some hot dish off the buffet, we will prepare it on the spot! Eggs, cold cuts and bread of the day will also be available for you to boost your energy and good mood for the day ahead!

Gluten Free
Guests who have particular food intolerances and cannot eat gluten will find packaged gluten-free products in the buffet. Our kitchen is not certified for the preparation of recipes for those who are intolerant to gluten. However, we have a high-quality standard and pay special attention to the preparation of low gluten content dishes.
